Ace Trophy Shop is dedicated to the expedient processing & delivery of your order. Orders received Monday thru Friday are placed into our production schedule within the day. Weekend orders are placed into production on the next business day. The time it takes for us to complete your order depends on the numberof item you ordered, and on the complexity of the engraving. Most items are available in stock for engraving.

Ace Trophy ships all products via UPS. We will deliver anywhere in the continental United States. Some areas may take longer than others to receive delivery. We make every effort to ensure that our products ship safely and are at low risk for damage.

If delivery time for your order is not critical, then UPS Ground is the most economical choice. Please note that UPS cannot ship to P.O. Box addresses.

Returns

All sales with Ace Trophy are final.

We make every effort to ensure that our products ship safely and are at low risk for damage. However, if your order arrives having been damaged during shipping, we will work with your to replace your product as quickly as possible.

We will reproduce your text and artwork exactly as you have submitted it. However, if we have made an error in engraving, we will certainly replace your product promptly.
